**Terms and Conditions for School Zone Safety Auditor Online Course**

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By enrolling in the School Zone Safety Auditor online course offered by the International Road Federation India Chapter (hereafter referred to as “IRF India Chapter”), participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

**2. Enrollment Eligibility**

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in the School Zone Safety Auditor course. Enrollment is open to individuals and organizations (for their employees) interested in enhancing their knowledge of school zone safety auditing.

**3. Course Access**

Access to the course content is provided upon successful enrollment and payment. Participants will receive login credentials, and course materials are intended for personal use only. Sharing login credentials or distributing course content without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

**4. Intellectual Property**

All course materials, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, and assessments, are the intellectual property of IRF India Chapter. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any course content without written consent from IRF India Chapter.

**5. Registration Fees and Refund Policy**

Participants are required to pay the designated registration fees to access the course. Refunds are provided only within the first 3 days of enrollment, and a processing fee may apply. No refunds will be issued after this period.

**6. Code of Conduct**

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the course.

**7. Certification Requirements**

To receive the School Zone Safety Auditor certification, participants must successfully complete all required assessments and assignments. Certification is issued solely at the discretion of IRF India Chapter.

**8. Technical Requirements**

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their devices meet the technical requirements necessary to access and engage with the course content. IRF India Chapter is not responsible for technical issues arising from the participant’s hardware, software, or internet connection.

**9. Changes to Course Content**

IRF India Chapter reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content without prior notice. Participants will be notified of significant changes that may impact the course structure or certification requirements.

**10. Limitation of Liability**

IRF India Chapter is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the School Zone Safety Auditor online course.
